Bubba's Coffee Tha Song Yang, Chang Plao
From our good friend Chang Plao in the Tak province in the north of Thailand, Chang Plao has been taking care of multiple farms and families in the Tak and Chiang Mai regions for over 9 years. Bubba's has been visiting his family and coffee operations since 2016.
For Chang Plao's honey process, the coffee cherries are first float graded (placed in a tank of water where floating cherries are removed), then de-pulped while keeping the mucilage, transferred to drying beds to be mucilage dried for 3-6weeks or until moisture percentage reaches 11%
Before Bubba's receives the coffee it is then de-hulled, color-sorted and graded.

We roast to order and ship within 1–3 business days. No returns on coffee, but if something’s off — we’ll fix it.

Keep your coffee in a cool, dry place in an airtight container—preferably not in the fridge. We recommend using it within 4 weeks of opening for the best flavor.

We accept returns on unworn and unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out to our support team and we’ll sort it out. Coffee, unfortunately, is non-returnable.
