Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not quite right, you’ve got 30 days from the day you received it to send it back for a refund or exchange.

A few ground rules:

• Items must be unused, in the same condition you got them, and in the original packaging.
  

• Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.

How to return:
Pop us an email at info@bubbascoffee.com and send your item to:
Bubba's Coffee, 59/4 Moo 1, Baan Tai, Koh Phangan, Surat Thani 84280, Thailand

You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase, and you’ll be covering the return shipping costs (these aren’t refundable). If your item’s over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service.

Refunds:
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll email you to confirm. If approved, we’ll process your refund and send it back to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary, so please allow a little patience.

Exchanges:
If your order arrived damaged or defective, email info@bubbascoffeebar.com and we’ll swap it for the same item.

Gifts:
If you received a gift from Bubba’s and it doesn’t work out, you’ll get store credit once we’ve received your return.
