The road to Chang Plao's farm, northern Thailand

Bubba's Coffee

Farms We Work With

We buy coffee from people, not a spreadsheet of origins. Before anything gets roasted, someone from Bubba's has stood on the farm, tasted the cherries, and shaken the hand of whoever grew it.

Once we find someone worth buying from, we keep buying from them. Some of these relationships go back almost a decade — slower than sourcing by the bag, but the only way we know how to do it.
