Bubba’s is opening a brand-new restaurant by the lake in Sri Thanu: The Lakehouse a modern pub-inspired dining experience with open flame cooking, creative comfort food, and a vibrant community atmosphere. We’re looking for passionate and experienced chefs to join our opening team.

What You’ll Do

• Fire Cooking: Work with open flame techniques to create bold, flavorful dishes.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with our international consultants and kitchen team to deliver high-quality, consistent food.
• Menu Execution: Support in preparing and executing a modern pub-inspired menu, from hearty classics to fresh, creative plates.
• Kitchen Standards: Maintain a high level of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.

Who You Are

• Experienced Sous Chef, Commis and CDP's with a background in modern kitchens.
• Knowledge of fire or grill cooking is a strong advantage.
• Thai, Burmese, or foreign chefs are welcome to apply.
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow in a professional kitchen.
• English communication skills are a plus.

Position: Marketing & Brand Coordinator
📍 Koh Phangan, Thailand (with some remote flexibility)

At Bubba’s Coffee, we’ve been roasting coffee from the mountains of Northern Thailand and serving our community in Koh Phangan since 2015. With three cafés, a roastery, and a growing online shop, we’re looking for a passionate team member to help us take our brand to the next level.

What You’ll Do

• Online Marketing: Plan and create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and campaigns that connect with our community.
• Web Shop Support: Manage and update our online store (Shopify), ensuring smooth product listings, photos, and customer experience.
• Branding & Storytelling: Support the development of our brand presence, keeping Bubba’s values of community, quality, and island lifestyle at the center.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our café managers, roastery team, and creative partners to bring new ideas to life.

Who You Are

• Creative with a passion for coffee, food, and lifestyle branding.
• Skilled in social media management and basic digital marketing.
• Comfortable working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms (or eager to learn).
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Based in Koh Phangan or open to relocating here (remote contribution possible for the right candidate).

Position: Business & Accounting Support
📍 Koh Phangan, Thailand

Bubba’s Coffee has been part of the Koh Phangan community since 2015, with three cafés, a roastery, and exciting new projects on the horizon. To support our growing business, we’re looking for a detail-oriented team member to assist with accounting, tax lodging, legal paperwork, and general business operations.

What You’ll Do

• Accounting & Tax: Prepare and lodge tax filings, manage bookkeeping, and ensure compliance with Thai regulations.
• Legal Support: Assist with reviewing contracts, government paperwork, and basic legal processes.
• Administration: Help with reporting, invoices, and communication with external accountants, lawyers, and suppliers.
• Business Support: Be a reliable point of contact to keep operations organized and smooth across our cafés and roastery.

Who You Are

• Experienced in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance (Thai tax system knowledge is a strong advantage).
• Familiar with legal and administrative processes in Thailand.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems.
• Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly.
• This position is preferred for a Thai candidate, but we welcome applications from foreigners with similar experience.
