A juicy natural from our good friend Chang Plao — red fruits and sour strawberry over a milk-chocolate base. Bright, sweet and full of character.

Beans: mixed CNX varietals
Process: natural — whole cherries dried on raised beds for 3–6 weeks, down to 11% moisture
Origin: Pasemuta village, Chiang Mai–Tak border region, Northern Thailand
Roasted: in small batches at Bubba's Roastery, Koh Phangan
The story
Chang Plao has been taking care of multiple farms and families across the Tak and Chiang Mai regions for over nine years, and Bubba's has been visiting his family and coffee operations since 2016. After harvest, the cherries travel to the processing station in Mae Tuen, where they're laid out whole on elevated drying beds for three to six weeks. Before the coffee reaches our roastery it's de-hulled, colour-sorted and graded.
We roast to order and ship within 1–3 business days. No returns on coffee, but if something’s off — we’ll fix it.
Merch can be returned within 10 days if unused and tags are undamaged.

Keep your coffee in a cool, dry place in an airtight container—preferably not in the fridge. We recommend using it within 4 weeks of opening for the best flavor.

We accept returns on unworn and unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out to our support team and we’ll sort it out. Coffee, unfortunately, is non-returnable.
