Bubba's Roastery is located directly across the road from 7/11 in Haad Yao and features a modern roasting facility and all day brunch cafe. We not only roast and deliver coffee for our cafe’s and customers but teach, train and assist other businesses in Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Koh Tao. Bubba's strives to introduce people to the loving coffee flavours of South East Asia and beyond.

Bubba's Roastery stocks a variety of coffee beans sourced from Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Tak provinces as well as special lots from Central America or Africa.

Bubba’s Roastery & cafe is open daily from 7am till 5pm for breakfast, lunch and coffee. Our food menu at the roastery includes items such as eggs Benedict, smashed avocado, potato hash and house cured salmon toast.

Do you roast your own coffee on-site?
Yes. Bubba's Roastery in Haad Yao is a working roasting facility — we roast beans for all three Bubba's cafés on Koh Phangan, plus other cafés across Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, and Koh Tao that we supply and train.

Where does your coffee come from?
We source primarily from Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, and Tak provinces in northern Thailand, with special lots from Central America and Africa.

Can I buy your beans to take home?
Yes — whole bean and ground coffee are available at the roastery, or through our online shop with worldwide shipping.

Do you cater to vegan or special dietary needs?
Yes — if you have dietary requirements, contact us by phone or email ahead of your visit and we'll help you find the right option.

Do you offer barista training or wholesale coffee?
